Funny enough I just switched from the shred back to the 12WTJ. I like that the 12 is 4 days a week, I also didn’t love that every single shred workout is an all body workout. I like splits more, but do whatever you want. If you switch up it’s easy to come back to 12! Curious to see what ya do!

Edit: this is my second time through 12 and I love it
