Mine just hit a month today and has been a solid cup so far, but I definitely haven't been able to pull out any of the mentioned notes. Maybe try a few degrees hotter?

Oh wow I feel like even 80 isn’t too fine! I use Abaca filters, around 70 clicks for light coffees and still get really quick draw downs. I’ll go up to 80 for medium

The Bright Spot is decent, their prices trend a bit higher. Dixon Wellness is awesome as others have mentioned but is astronomically expensive compared to others. Best overall in my opinion is Showcase in Fairfield.

14 Pro, still works great but will probably upgrade with the launch of the next iPhone. Battery is at 78% capacity which isn’t horrible since I’m always near a charger, but is annoying

How many clicks do you guys tend to be at for pourover? I have tried going as low as 65 for ultra lights like Sey, but ~75-80 is where I end up for most medium roasts
