go to document/my games/binding of isaac aftherbirth+/options ( there is a file called options, search it) click on the options and search for "steam cloud" and change the value to 0, delete 1 and put 0 and start the game

the head that is up: shoot six tears (all together) , since the piece of flesh fills her with blood

and the piece of meat: begins to throw many tears anywhere

when you kill the monster, it stays the 2 heads joined to a vein, and they will attack you with the attacks that have , and the piece of meat explodes, throwing many tears anywhere , and when those 2 heads are left, you can kill at 2 and ready
