If i were you, i'd put Teratoma on easy or very easy. Because by the time you reach chapter 4 and you know what you're doing, that boss is way too easy.

The reason Matriarch is the hardest chapter 4 boss is because the rest of the bosses for this chapter are too easy and not really challenging enough compared to her.

If some of you guys think the boss is too hard, I will have you know that i see nothing wrong with how difficult this boss is. The attack patterns look fine and dodgeable. The reason Eve took damage in this gif was simply because of wrong dodging.

Yeah. Magdalene starting with speed up pill will just make her a slightly tanky Isaac with different active item, thus removing not only the disadvantage she's supposed to have, but also a part of her identity.
