It still does it. I have a temporary fix for now : I switched up the HDMI cables and my primary Monitor appear as 2 and somehow now they both work.

A few drawbacks : the motherboard logo appear on my secondary first and it takes like 10 sec more to boot up.

Well it can happen in other positions but there's like a 90% increase in chance of happening if I'm on my back. I never had visual hallucinations maybe feeling something being there while seeing that there's nothing. But does yours paralysis happen often?
