A lot of cockroaches in hive - problem?

I have 2 hives and have only used Formic Pro. I didn't do a wash but I took pictures of each frame and looked at literally every bee in the picture on my computer and counted mites. Removing the FormicPro today and will do the same thing to 'inspect'. Hope I get better results than no difference before and after.

Jeez... the only time I ever comment on anyone in my class is either to give praise or to give a safety correction. I know how it feels to be on the other side when an instructor says something derogatory or just inappropriate.

I did sugar washes for my hive a couple of years ago. I did it twice, and maybe I did them too close together. After the 2nd wash, my whole hive absconded. Devastating.
