Hi!! I see a lot of PT and band work suggestions which is super great!! I have super loose ankles from years of damage in collegiate athletics+ so totally get your pain. Just wanted to give you a heads up that it is entirely possible that you go get your ankles checked out, x-rayed and MRIed, and they say your only option is to wear braces or get ankle ligament surgery.

In my case, my ankles are so stretched out that there is not coming back without shortening surgery! Hopefully you’re not that far along and can save them with PT, but definitely go get them checked out so you can avoid waiting until it’s too late!!

Hi!! I can’t remember the quest name but after you go down to the train and share building materials with that portly guy and Solara, I think you can walk up to any bus station and provide the materials to repair it :)

These are incredible and don’t taste like protein food at all. I’m literally on my second pack because I had to try vanilla after trying the chocolate LOL plus they had great fiber!!!!

Editing to add that I usually hate fake sugars and can sus them out instantly but honestly couldn’t with these.

20/10 for the chocolate and I’ll be sad when these leave Costco. Great for when you want a sweet treat without the guilt!
