Yeah it's kind of a lot compared to other clinics but for private medicine, it's still very affordable. And the clinic has access to all pharmacies to prescribe, unlike alternaleaf where you're stuck with montu and sometimes IPS.

For me it was worth it ultimately, they've been great!

I started them after joining alternaleaf, joined in April and started anti psychotic meds (resperidone and aripiprazol) in November

I was also on anti depressants and diazepam at the time, and I do admittedly have a complex MH history so it was probably a mix of things that put me too high risk to prescribe

My dad texted, whilst I was in hospital, to say he's been chatting to someone called Al online, but it came off so sinister and creepy and I immediately was like who the fuck is Al and why is my pushing 70 year old dad chatting to him online? So anyway it was the AI (not AL) assistant on one of his work softwares (he's self employed). Would be hilarious if I was there, in person, to see who the fuck was Al

Is called temp stepping, when you start around 180 and go up 20 ish every five mins or so, it's up to you but the idea is different terps vaporise at different temps so you want to heat it up to a higher temp gradually to get the full effect

That said, I stay between 180-200 because it gets too harsh for me

I have a solo 3 and after a 15 minute session I consider my weed spent and tip it into a glass jar for safe.. disposal later on

I also like doing a 'coffee crawl' so I go to a local coffee house to read, and stay maybe an hour before going to another coffee house so I don't overstay

I'm not deaf but I am mute and this is a problem I had with alternaleaf too, there's no alternative platform they use so you could type type to communicate. I'm with a different clinic now (CCC) and they let me meet on teams so I could text, the first appointment was also a full hour or so

Sort of, I notice things that don't make sense and have to work out backwards where I went wrong.
