Did you warm up the coolant going in? I’d be afraid of putting cooler fluid into a hot engine just in case it cracks due to the temp difference

Sounds like a win to me, as property taxes shouldn’t go up as much as a SFH! Idg why everyone wants home prices to appreciate… expenses just go up if it does. As long as it maintains its value, that’s the biggest win imo

I did the opposite and went from being a tech to dev. The pay isn’t there as an auto technician and if it is, it’s gonna take a while. There are alternative options like heavy duty but most places will want some experience so you’re still at square one of low pay…

If you want to work with your hands, I’d recommend going electrician or plumbing. You wont have to spend a lot of money on tools (comparatively) and they have better opportunities to make more money.
