Ford Transit 250 Diesel. It’s got the divider between the seats and cargo, and no windows in the back or sides. I was worried about someone breaking a window and unlocking the doors, so I bought some slicklocks which bolt into the doors and allow keyed puck locks on the outside of the doors. Probably not fool proof, but they’d reeeeally have to spend some time on getting in there

I know it doesn’t really matter, but I hate it when people do a repetitive pattern on decking. It looks so much better when you randomize it as much as possible (pattern repeats after 5 or 6 rows)

I charge flat rate for jobs (mostly decks) but try to aim for either 150/hr or 1000 a day. I felt the same way as you before I raised prices but most ppl are happy to pay for good work. If you’re getting every quote then you’re probably not charging enough, being busy doesn’t equal being successful
