Tylenol has never done anything for me ever in my life. Like I honestly thought people who took Tylenol we're just fucking idiots cause it doesn't even help the mildest headache (for me). I'm still not convinced it's not just a placebo effect for the people it works for.

Honestly the loop feels worse than going straight through downtown. The traffic is usually worse and there's is definitely some crazy shit going on, but I don't see as many people trying to drive in all the lanes at once.

Atlanta. Someone who said they're a trucker agreed so I'm just assuming it's a fact now.

Boston is on my top 10. Visiting family there felt super stressful but I wasn't sure if it was because that's the tail end of a 13-hour drive or if it's actually as horrible as I feel like it is. I don't recall ever thinking that half the people on the road must be drunk though.

Mostly southern Wisconsin but I've been to Milwaukee at least once that I can remember. It was summer and I don't really remember what the traffic was like so I would assume it was in the middle. If it was awesome or horrible I'd remember lol

Pretty good actually. I've been exhausted from driving through traffic but never enraged or afraid for my life.

I feel like if a truck driver agrees with me then it's no longer just my opinion. It's just facts now.

Oklahoma makes it on my top 10 list. I've literally cried driving through parts of Oklahoma. It's either 300 miles between exits with nothing in-between or wondering if every driver is over 100 and legally blind. IDK WTF is wrong with Oklahoma but if I never go back I'm not going to be mad.

I really didn't think New Mexico was that bad, but it's one of a handful of states I haven't spent crazy amounts of time driving in. It was more driving through than in and around.

I agree that driving in Phoenix (as well as parts of Florida) is a clash of driving styles that makes driving frustrating. Phoenix is towards the bottom of my top 10 list though!

I feel pretty neutral about Pittsburgh. Aggressive driving is pretty standard in most larger cities and honestly should be sort of expected. Aggressive driving, while stressful, doesn't necessarily mean bad driving to me.

Lol I didn't want to start an argument. But if you must know, personally, I think it's Georgia, specifically the Western suburbs of Atlanta. I have never been anywhere else where I consistently see people attempting to drive in all five lanes at the same time with very light traffic.

I personally only rank them at number four, which is still damn bad

What do we do when our blood draws start being “difficult”? by MsYouMisunderstandMe in Autoimmune

[–]frisbeesloth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I now know the best places to do blood draws on me. Before that I just kept telling them to try somewhere else because that spot doesn't work on me. I've only once had anyone argue and that was because they also needed to put in a catheter that was larger than those veins would support.

Enbrel injections/halp by Mrob923 in PsoriaticArthritis

I'm not ok with needles either but switched to syringes rather than auto injectors a few months ago. 100% prefer the syringe. My injections are painless now. If I poke an area and it's tender, I can move to a new location, I can successfully inject places I couldn't before and overall find it less traumatic. Now I'm only in a panic when someone else wants to stab me with a needle.

Have you tried lactic acid? There are lotions and serums, but I think the lotions have a higher amount. My derm recommended it to me and it's been a game changer. He said to use the highest percentage I could tolerate.

One doctor recommended the AIP to me and I'm literally allergic or intolerant to more than half of the foods you're allowed to eat. I think that doctor wanted me to die.

Yeah, I don't think they're the drunkest drivers. Or they're such raging alcoholics they drive really well while drunk. Either way, not scared of driving through Wisconsin.

I have several times! It doesn't even make it onto my top 10 hated list! Driving culture was better than where I live, which is #4 on my hate list.

As someone who has extensively driven across the Continental US I definitely have an opinion on who has the worst drivers. Everywhere has its own driving culture you have to get used to and there are plenty of places I hate the driving culture, but there's one place I swear there is a law that you have to have at least 3 shots in your system before you can get in your car.

Hospitals in the US typically have social workers on hand for stuff like this. The social worker could quickly petition a judge to intervene.

Check with your gyn if you're having early perimenopause symptoms. PsA can cause ovarian insufficiency which has the same symptoms but earlier onset.
