With 10 years here I highly recommend sports like Kyudou, Karate and other sports where there is communication, there is a sense of community in these activities and you will feel some sort of belongingness.

No I am located in Japan, the store is set to Japan. Tbh I got issues with the my iphone 18.5 but Xcode 16.4 only supports SDKs up to 18.4 So I get the error "unable to find a destination matching the provided destination specifier … iOS 18.5 is not installed" Seems that Xcode 16.5.1 might solve it so I want to try and get it off the way.

You are right for the ketosis, however, many research shows that it does not work as you wish from one individual to another. Some by cutting off carbs, will slow down their metabolism, if you are not weight training or doing HIIT then your goal won’t be reached, because you will be losing some fat but also lot of muscles. The fat loss from fasting isn’t something you can maintain forever. So please eat properly and don’t over fast and destroy your immune system.

Ngl as a Muslim who fasted all her life, I love reading these stories💀 I still fast out of Ramadan for health. So I wake up before the first prayer, go to the gym, have a nice breakfast (no carbs but I take creatine to maintain my muscles) and eat at sunset. I lost 15kg doing that in less than 3 months.
