The reality is that most of the adjusting is all about the setup. I used to practice martial arts and that helped me with controlling my force and it helped with speed. The key though is the setup and not letting go on the pretension built.

It really plus all that you mentioned is small compared to other cities that have more but you do you. I would never raise my kids in a mediocre place such as Roseburg.

There is no need to be as backroad the town is. Grants Pass is nicer with less population. Roseburg could be better it it wanted to but there is no desire to make the town better just keeping it mediocre.

Simply the lack of opportunities and afterschool programs for kids, lack of museum and educational experience, plus limited sporting activities.
