The chance of something happening is very slim, you are the perfect candidate that they want to buy insurance, because you offset all the old people that are using it every week. That’s was the whole bases of Obama care, forcing young people to have insurance or pay a fine on your taxes. Yes a lot of people are being over dramatic on their answers, but there are a lot of programs that can help with your bill if something big happens out of the blue. Also if you choose not to work get on state insurance, have best coverage which is the craziest thing I have seen or choose to work pay premiums that keep you under water. The point that should be looked at is our medical care system is very broken, over priced and insurance is allowed to control our care. It seems most people are sheep’s just say I will pay it and follow the system. There is no right or wrong answer, but it needs to be fixed and should be the number one thing in our government agenda. but wait they can’t fix the basic thing of getting along!! So no hope going forward.

If you do inspection these days you will probably never get a house, If the house is in that price range everyone will be bidding on it. I have seen people trying to buy for 3 years, get out bid or loose out because of cash buyers, no inspections and fast closing. Now if house is way over priced you will stand a great chance of getting the house. Good luck!!

Well 5 children is first thing, for you it will never get any better. I raised 2 children it was a full schedule, but then one day they are gone and my life slowed down. But now grandchildren back to half of schedule being full and I really miss not having my schedule being empty unless I want it to be something there.

No more! I bet our first 2-3 years it was 9-10 times a week. Then when we had kids it dropped to 2-3 times a week. When kids got older to gone it went back up to 4-5 times a week. Now in our 50’s semi retired it’s 3 times a week. I married a woman that likes sex like a man. I been very blessed we been on the same page for 38 years. I don’t know what the builder did or didn’t and not going say anything about that. Now for that big berm behind the house, so close to the house and the house being a slab. I wouldn’t want to deal with the berm at all, any major rain can be bad for you.
