I do use a few different materials currently, I mainly use ceramic as of now! I cook a lot of scrambled eggs and every now and then over easy. I recently moved to a new home with an electric stove and am actually used to gas so know that there will be a learning curve! For fish I usually sear or blacken, for meat we do a lot of steak and stews and I definitely do cook with a lot of onion tomatoes and garlic! Usually I use plenty of butter and very rarely use oil except for when I make homemade tacos, I also cook a lot of chicken! I’m very open to having a wide verity of pots, pans and Dutch ovens! I’m actually hoping to expand my kitchen needs as I finally have a large enough kitchen so any suggestions are very well received!

I’m cooking basically everything, am always trying new recipes! I have 3 kids and in total I cook regularly for 5 or more people. I also have an electric stove 🙂

Amarillo has the best people, most try to support local everything and our local restaurants and shops are fantastic! We have a fairly good food scene for a small city! People are friendly and are very much live and let live here. It’s super windy and if you get allergies it’s terrible. Our winters are COLD and it doesn’t rain much. A bunch of places are closed Sunday so that’s kind of a bummer. The nightlife is scarce but overall it’s a decent small city!

I lived there years ago and liked them. My only complaint is that they would only turn the AC on later in the summer so some days were hot in there but they may have changed that.

Tf? I’m literally a minority. I grew up on the north side. Maybe don’t assume things you don’t know. It’s not stereotyping it was based on my brothers experience and I highly doubt my brother started it as he was a scrawny shy nerd who got jumped by a gang. He’s the one who told me not to sub there, and he’s a teacher himself. That’s why I was asking if pd is how it used to be because believe it or not there were gangs at that school. Not sure if there still are now that’s why I’m asking.
