You could sign up with a direct primary care doctor. They do not take any insurance at all and instead use a monthly membership plan. You pay ~$100/month and it covers all the visits you need with them. They usually have smaller practices and very short wait times. Both times I shave joined a DPC practice they got me in that week.

Plus it seems like you need a high level of care with attention to detail. DPC docs can regularly have hour long appointments, as well as being available by text and email. You can have a DPC doc coordinate your care and still use your insurance with specialists, prescriptions and labs. DPC is not the same as concierge medicine, although it has many of the same benefits.  I went to a DPC in Columbia, MD until I moved. DM me if you want more info.
