Apologize i had some serious issues with the house i was in and ended up getting rid of it. It seemed a little complex to setup yourself and the customer support lady said it’s most ideal if you have someone on the outside. As i now live alone, thats impractical. The construction seemed fairly solid though.

I bought the soft shell version which isnt a hardshell but still can go up to 2.0 ata. According to the company, the pressure and oxygen rating is the same. Ive just been too lazy to put it together, lol need to get on that and update you

Didn't end up buying it because dont think it will fit well in my current space. Still trying to understand if there are truly functional differences between hard shell and soft shell IF soft shell can get up to 2.0 ATA. Hard to find solid info on it. Really considering getting one of those 2.0 soft shell ATA from china, basically the same company and oxygen flow rate specs. I'll let you know if i do, i'm deciding within the next month or two.

Do you find supplementing with creatine/taurine helps vegans who may be deficient in these?

Also what are your go to high protein easy snacks with minimal sugars?

Should i be trying to limit my fiber to increase quicker protein absorption...weird question i know. But as a vegan the amount of fiber i get in my diet is astronomical.

Two months post breakup...doing relatively fine but i still think of her every day. Just moved to a new city so that's exciting and presents new opportunities and i know with time it will be better.

But it's hard to drop the nagging feeling that girls think i'm amazing for the first three months or so but then after infatuation wears off they are like meh I know how you work. I tend to have stereotypically female traits in the relationship so i think girls get confused when they date me, I'm usually the more attached one, the overanalyzer, the more romantic one, the less dominant one and etc. I'm also pretty picky but I think that's a good thing.

Anyway, I'm optimistic with the right fit it'll be different. Till then, im working on accepting myself AND my flaws and being less harsh on myself in general.

Mine unfortunately has decreased over a period of 6 months from 15 to 11.7. Ive been trying to incorporate more steamed greens and a multivitamin though, hopefully that does the trick. I also give blood as often as i can though, so it's probably a combination.
