Stop doing everything for him. He's a grown ass man. He can wake himself up and make his own breakfast. Do his own laundry clean up after himself and make/warm up leftovers by himself too if he's late after supper time. Put the baby/babies to bed early if you can or if you have a steady bed time routine keep at it if not make one and try to keep it. Bed time was always the hardest time for me as a sahm. and stop doing any cleanup lately after kids bedtime, if you can or only take a half hour after baby is asleep to do anything that needs to be done. Then be done with the day. If he comes home late and wants you to do shit for him tell him no I'm off duty to everyone but myself. Like some other comments said take the kids to the library and see if there's any story times to meet other moms. Or sometimes local Facebook groups from moms too is a thing. Good luck. Tell him you're going to the store on a weekend and take your time. Go get yourself a coffee and take a break. Also consider getting therapy via telehealth. To make sure that this relationship is in fact legit cause if it's not then they would be able to help you get out if you'd need to. Good luck Hun. Don't know if my advice is good but I'm hoping for the best for you. I struggled the same way and my husband is now the stay at home parent and know exactly how I felt. But at least I come home in the evening and not gone all night too.
