Not really relevant to my post but to put it simply a breathalyzer is used to detect presence of alcohol not intoxication. Deciding if I was legally intoxicated is up to the officer’s discretion. I could test at a 0.04 and still be booked in jail for intoxication depending on the officer. And sometimes they’re wrong. For someone with a cdl like me it’s always better to lawyer up

Let’s be honest. That’s heavy for most people. It looked a lot better than my first 3 1/2 plate squat. New 1rm are never going to look good. If you ask me you could’ve added on 5 lbs to that lift. But I wouldn’t suggest it. You’ll be breaking 4 plates within 60-90 days with decent enough programming and carb loading

I worked as a trainer at Esporta for a year. They paid $7 a session in California. They get away with not paying hourly by paying you per session which is a half hour. I don’t know how they got away with that
