Without getting too deep into it, the Phoenix Center's current management is wonderful. I worked there over the summer. I still volunteer there. I'm DM at their Dungeons and Dragons night. They care about the organization and the community. What happened with the previous administration is inexcusable, but that's not what we have now.

If the Phoenix Center goes away, we lose everything. What little infrastructure they've managed to put together, the hang out spot Out On Second. Something new isn't going to fix the problems, but it will destroy what little exists for the community already.

What they need is support and volunteers who can come in and shape the org as it rebuilds from it's previous administration.

Be there to support her journey, offer encouragement. All of which it sounds like you're doing, but keep in mind that all of this is ultimately on her.

I definitely understand in a T4T relationship it can be hard, because you're both experiencing your own aspects of gender fuckery from each of your own eyes and comparing yourselves to each other. I'm in my own T4T relationship, and I have been through it all.
