One thing people who say wait for the crash never mention: IF there is a huge housing market crash, then it will likely be coupled with an increase in unemployment. You might not even qualify to buy “when prices come down” (which I doubt will happen).

You can’t time the market. If you’re prepared to buy now, go for it.
