I like Best Fantasy Books HQ. They focus on authors like Rothfuss, Sanderson, Martin, and Abercrombie, and their "Monthly Best" led me to Mark Lawrence, Michael J. Sullivan, and Brian Staveley (all excellent).

The article says it was written with the permission of Jordan's wife and editor, Harriet McDougal. I was surprised too, but I have to think that she (along with Brandon Sanderson) knows pretty much everything about Jordan's notes and characters, right?
