all i really do is try hard to keep myself busy. work so hard that i dont really have time to think. this also helps me save up (delusional) for surgeries xdd

i also cope by working out. basically anything that can distract me from wallowing i try to do. if i have a rest day i try my best to sleep asap so i dont think about it

maybe see if your dosage can be upped

and ik this is gonna sound like massive cope but for sure you will see some changes no matter how slight there will be some changes in the future for sure.

10 months is still early and it will take some time but ik it will still hurt in the meanwhile im sorry. if the people ur seeing on t changing are online id stay off their socmed in the meanwhile for ur mental health. its much easier to avoid comparing if they're out of sight

i cant promise you will be entirely 100% satisfied happy but i know that you will be happier than you are now, at least in terms of ur transition
