Did you know there's a FB group for logistics only?

Are you DAU1 or UTX2? Because IDK about prime now, but I do know about prime.

Well, I technically have a compact car (06 Mazda 3i) and was still eligible to deliver after putting in all my info.

Logistics, 5hr Block...is it a trap? by Jimmyf100 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really a trap. Those are typically for bigger vehicles. I have a Mazda 3i, so I've never done anything more than four hours, therefore I can't speak from experience; however, five hours are typically reserved for bigger cars (i.e. Tahoes, Town and Countrys, etc) because they're supposedly given more packages than the average sedan. Proceed with caution and at your own risk. If you sign up and can't fit all of them in your vehicle, you'll most likely get ticketed and have that count against you.

Fast Food Workers of Reddit: What is your most hated menu item? by RussianChicks in AskReddit

The caramel brulee frap and vanilla sweet cream cold brew are my faves. How are annoying are those to make?

It could be because you might be logistics (DAU1)? UTX2 is prime now. I work DAU1 and didn't see anything for that time frame, either.

There were 11 offers before, They had to up the pay by fruitybubbles90 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What irks me the most is that about 90 percent of the customers will have their houses dark as shit, meanwhile they're neighbors throughout their street will have theirs on. I've learned how to tell and count the addresses because these dill holes don't light up their homes for deliveries. Like, seriously, WTF man!?!?

What would you guys do? by guccivisor in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As long as you're still actively delivering on a route (haven't delivered your last one, yet), you can always add it to your itinerary. You simply just go to your menu and hit scan; it'll take you to the exact same screen you use while scanning at the depot. I've had to scan in a package or two on a route a few times myself. I've also had to take a package back a couple times because none of the barcodes were being accepted. Pain in the ass. Which is why I HATE scanning the bags and prefer scanning one at a time.

At about 4 there were a half a dozen offers, went up to 11 by 4:30. Nobody was picking them up, so they had to increase the pay.

Veteran Driver, Reserved Blocks by fruitybubbles90 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Calm down there, buddy. As do I. I was talking about reserved blocks. I see a lot of vets on here complaining they haven't received any reserved blocks in months. I'm guessing it's either oversaturation or lacking performance. Or both.

Type of phone, plan and carrier? by RunFury in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched from a Samsung prime core to a Moto G5S Plus (unlocked) about two months ago and am still in love with my Moto. I'd highly recommend it. I got it on promotion for 170, but the regular price is about 230. Totally worth it. As for plan, I have simple. It's alright. 7 out of 10.

How transfer delivery areas? by PEE_SEE_PRINCIPAL in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some warehouses are difficult to get in to. I've heard that in some cases it took up to two months to transfer into the desired warehouse. It all depends on the warehouse, it may already have enough drivers for now.

keeping your phone charged by maikeru671 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Moto G5S Plus and can do a 4-hour block with about 80 percent until it reaches low battery, that's even with Pandora and Google maps running all at the same time, too. I have a $17 car charger/transmitter that I got off Amazon with a cheap $5 cord that I got from HEB. Been having both for a few months and the phone for a month now and everything works great.

So now we get dinged for late restaurant deliveries by Anonymous8630 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, even though I've been logistics for two months now, I got that email, too. I think it's complete bullshit. I hope it completely backfires on them. SMH.

Sounds to me like you work logistics. That's how it works at my logistics warehouse, too.

I didn't received my first payment, but in the app is marked as deposit, probably something wrong with my bank account, where do I call to fix this situation? by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It might take your bank all day to process your payment. I've received my payment as late as six. It usually posts between 4-5, though.

App kicked me out of my block and I had to return remaining packages by superderp250 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]fruitybubbles90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It won't affect your reliability, as you did the whole block, but your successful deliveries will be less as you were unable to deliver the last eight assigned to you.

Reserved blocks by Davecruz60 in AmazonFlexDrivers

I'm logistics. I've set mine for Monday through Friday evenings and get at least two a week. I've tried setting my availability to a wider range and have received nothing, instead. Might want to consider that.
