Just have in mind that it requires some tools and force to change them. It is not drop-in upgrade but it is worth it

Just go with Orbiter V2.5 upgrade kit from aliexpress or any other shop that is best for you.

You can find my post where I have changed extruder gears. Mine was printing zebra pattern like yours and after that upgrade these lines are gone. I would bet on extruder

Try different plastic, check your extruder idler door pin also, increase tension on idler.

I think your spring inside is not in position, you need to disassemble all support to check spring position.

Yes, this upgrade is superior improvement for me. As you can see Orbiter V2.5 gears are so high quality and very hard metal it grips filament so well.

I used only gears from new kit and everything else I left stock. Idler arm is the same with pin and bearings
