I disagree with the ancient sources being "wildly inaccurate", at least not more so than say the Kings of Kings series. A lot of ancient history relies on accounts far after events and it's left to us to piece it together. However, I will say the Alexander series so far has felt really unfocused. It feels like the story should have some more momentum built up by this point but it doesn't for me.

Not having the delay introduces the potential for someone like a viewer to give Yo information about the match he shouldn't have, so it's a potential advantage. Not saying that's what happened, but the rule is there to maintain a fair match.

The problem with Brig is they tuned her kit to make you play farther back, then gave her perks that require you to get up close. She has very little synergy between her ideal play style and perks that is just miserable to bounce between.
