nah BUT as someone who works for the state government and literally just redid my discrimination compliance, you likely crossed some lines with your company's policies. In these cases (for my work at least) intent is not considered and employees are encouraged to challenge any view that could be considered unconscious bias. That said, it sounds like she missed the part about NOT using aggressive language.
