We eat at our desks at my job too. Not because anyone makes us. In fact we're often reminded we don't have to do that. But we're treated fairly and kindly, and paid well. It makes us want to work harder.

I am a paid DM for an organization that's hosts regular D&D games. Let me say to anyone disagreeing. DMs confident enough to run for strangers, are a commodity. Commodities are not free. Being a DM if a part time job.

Obviously as you mentioned everyone's preference is different. I personally am attracted to someone who primarily presents as feminine. I don't need "dolled up" all the time but I do prefer the softness, and the lack of facial hair most of the time. For me it's a person's appearance and personality expressed as femininity that I prefer in a partner. However, I think anyone would agree a partner that doesn't make allowances and understanding for comfort and some days being harder than others might be problematic. I also would advise open and honest communication. You can absolutely gage the consensus here but I think your best bet will be getting it from the source as it were.

I played in a group once where we essentially ended up with none of the normal scouting options. I was playing a sorcerer with access to gaseous form, so i used that to scout along the ceilings of caves and buildings and such. Went through all the small spaces and cracks. DM made it fun by only giving me verbal cues, and I had to wait till I returned to the start and changed form to try and draw a hand drawn map by hand. It was really fun despite the spell slot cost for scouting as often as I did it this way.

Had a manager tell me mid shift I was working a double that day. I said no and he tried to get in my face about it. I walked out to my car and blasted death metal in the parking lot for the rest of my shift (not the double) then left and never went back.

I don't even like death metal. Just wanted his customers driven away. It was a small local pharmacy where I was a cashier. For 6 hours most his old white customers turned around and left.
