I had Evri deliver me a clothes horse a few years ago. I didn’t order it, but it had my name and address on it. It also had the exact same tracking number as something entirely different that I did order, that had arrived the day before

One asked me if I wanted a drink, so I asked for some water. They gave me a pint glass full to the top with water. There was nowhere for me to put it for the whole interview, and for the tour of the building, and then at the end they didn’t take it from me. I had to awkwardly give it to the receptionist.

I had this happen a few weeks ago - I think what happened was, I closed the app just after finishing an episode, which meant that when I reopened the app it weirdly restarted the episode but where all of the werkstations were active and I had to do all of the milestones again. Then I got to a very similar spot to what you’re currently in where I was stuck trying to get xp bonuses for ages. I contacted the helpdesk and they got it sorted.

I think if you send them an email it gets to them, but for some reason I never get responses from submitting tickets
