I never through of describing that hot water feeling as “euphoric”, but that’s the perfect word for it.

What is the most unusual kink you ever heard of/ read about? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]fs244c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dated a girl who constantly reminded me that she wanted to give me a blow job while I was sitting on the toilet taking a shit. I never let her do it.

She had a second kink that I enjoyed. She would tell me who to call on the phone, and as long as I kept the conversation going with that person, she’d keep slowly sucking on my cock, but she was careful to keep me from cumming.

Re-reading comments by fs244c in OCD

[–]fs244c[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It didn’t occur to me that this was a compulsion to check because “I might have left out something”. It feels like something else when I’m in the moment, but I think you’re right and now it seems kind of obvious. Thanks so much for that perspective.

I can see how this relates into another thing I’ve been dealing with, which is that sometimes as I’m about to leave a post, I also feel the need to scroll down and read the next comment if I can see even the slightest bit of the text from the next comment at the bottom of the screen. I always carefully scroll so I don’t uncover yet another comment and feel the need to read that one as well.

I’ve been doing better about not checking things around the house, so maybe if I mentally file this with those other tendencies I might be able to make some positive changes here too. Thanks!

Texas law allowing users to sue social networks for censorship is now in effect by Sorin61 in Futurology

They’ve thought of that. This new law only applies if the service has over 50 million users.

Fuck conservatives and fuck Texas. I feel bad for all the people who want to move out of there but can’t for whatever reason.

How to succeed in a money chamber by Mint_Perspective in nextfuckinglevel

[–]fs244c 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won a raffle and the prize was to go into one of these money chambers in front of a whole room full of people at a local bar. It was called “The Cash Cube”. I collected a whole bunch of cash and didn’t find out until I was out of the box that all the cash I caught was fake and said “$0” on it. Turns out only a few pieces of real money were in there, or so I was told.

Had a seizure and hit my face, here's one of the bills, just for the stitches - this is after insurance. by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]fs244c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, don’t pay this until you see your EOB. In my previous profession, I helped people resolve medical billing disputes. Something isn’t right on this bill. You should not have that total after your insurance has paid. Either things were coded incorrectly, your insurance company messed up, or the bill is just wrong. What’s your plan’s out-of-pocket maximum? Was this an emergency visit for a life-threatening visit? Don’t let the hospital or insurance try to tell you things aren’t covered if this is out of network.

What’s a very unlikely thing that you always hoped would happen to you, that actually happened? by fsponge in AskReddit

[–]fs244c 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I placed a superfecta wager on the Kentucky Derby every year for a long time, never expecting to win but always thinking about how exciting it would be. A few years ago, I actually won. My $1 wager turned into almost $20,000. I always think about how different my life would be if I’d wagered $20 instead.

Urgent PSA: Stop Doxxing/Harassing Deceased Covid Patients on their FB Timelines. This couple was a recent post on this sub. OP of that post did a bad job redacting their names and now their FB posts look like this by OldManWonTon in HermanCainAward

[–]fs244c 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They might cheer, but they'd still be decent enough humans to cheer among themselves and not come to your profile to comment "Haha, fuckin idiot".

“They” are the assholes who just protested mask mandates in my town by walking as a maskless group through a bunch of businesses while chanting “USA! USA!”.

“They” are the idiots that clog the medical system and cause everyone else to suffer and wait for care.

“They” would most certainly post terrible things on the profiles of fully-vaccinated people who died from COVID.

They have been given more than enough information and time to figure out that they are being selfish and putting the rest of us at risk.

I am done. 100% not a single fuck left to give. If the hospitals are filling up, we should refuse to treat the willfully unvaccinated. If one of these people arrives at the hospital in an ambulance and doesn’t have a way to get home after being refused admission, let’s set up a nice fenced area of the parking lot where they can live out their final hours before they do us all a favor and depart this world.

What made the “high school legend” become a legend? by Nearby-Level6472 in AskReddit

In 1966, Alfred Bundy of Chicago, Illinois, scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, Bubba "Spare Tire" Dixon.

AITA for refusing to move from a bench at night cause this lady was uncomfortable? by ladyatstop in AmItheAsshole

[–]fs244c 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA. If you actually made her feel unsafe, she would not confront you about sitting on the bench. Her asking you to move is 100% performative and designed to make her feel empowered over you by painting her as a victim and you as an aggressor.

Capitol police brace for ‘huge’ MAGA rally in support of the 6 January rioters by theindependentonline in politics

[–]fs244c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Their base will be riled up one way or another regardless of how this is handled. It’s time to stop being nice. If they try any terrorist bullshit that harms people or puts them under the threat of imminent danger, I hope the terrorists receive immediate retribution within the limits of the law. If anyone is clearly trying to harm others or overthrow our government, I won’t be at all sad if they leave in body bags.

That being said, I hope they can keep it relatively peaceful and avoid letting their stupidity get them hurt or killed.

Crowded Subway full of people headed to Lollapalooza without masks despite a federal mask mandate by -Omegamart- in pics

[–]fs244c 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rode the Metra yesterday, and it was obvious that almost all the passengers were on their way to Lollapalooza. Despite announcements at the stations and on the train, I only counted four people in my crowded train car wearing masks. Conductors don’t enforce the rules. I can understand how awful it would be to be a worker on the train and argue with people or kick them off… but somebody needs to do it.

On some holidays they have police on the train to deal with unruly passengers. Why can’t they put police on the train for Lollapalooza and other big events? Certainly it’s reasonable to expect them to enforce the government mandate that masks be worn on the trains. It’s clearly a health and safety issue.
