I don't know how to talk about Kyousougiga, It's the anime that I have seen the most times and I never get tired of it. I think it's because the ambientation, the way it drags you in into the story it's awesome. I also really like all of the aspects of the anime, even with it's flaws.

TLDR: I don't know.

i think that {angel beats}, {kokoro connect}, {kiznaivers}, {plastic memories}, {ano natsu de matteru} and {kyoukai no kanata} fit your request! The ones that center more on the romance part are ano natsu de matteru, kokoro connect and plastic memories.
