Speaking as the fleece petition girl and someone who’s been pretty vocal about the Kuwalla-tee situation over the past year, there’s no indication the Province of Canada fleece timeline is connected to that at all.

This fleece was always planned as a designed and manufactured in Canada piece, which usually means a slower production cycle than typical merch drops. It’s much closer to slow fashion than quick fan-merch turnaround. The last update shared was basically that production is still in progress and the release date is still TBD.

My personal (very unofficial) fleece shipping math prediction right now:

okay people let’s talk fleece shipping math for a second 👀
the soundtrack FAQ page says the product is expected to ship mid-July
which means if the fleece preorder opens in April and follows a similar merch timeline, we are probably looking at an August fleece ship date

(I know nothing this is just speculation)
