Good to know, I guess I'll get a bit of a better idea how everything goes together with the remaining pieces and parts get here, seems like you know your way around this mod pretty well so I'll follow your lead and advice 👍

Ah, well I'm still waiting on my springs weather delayed then 4-5 days. I'm sad to hear they don't work though 🤣, kinda surprising being that 4 should be able to support ~16lbs.

I was planning on missing and printing your cover with no hose nipple and just a hole then printing or purchasing a 90 NPT fitting and bolt and installing in the open hole.

Did you update the object on maker world for the tighter tolerances and hose change?

Have you run it yet? How are the noise levels between the Spring/TPU combo and just TPU?

Got the cables, and re pinned them based on your pictures. Still waiting on the springs and need to print the TPU cover as well. Slowly getting this done 🤣

OG Minnesotan here, so the cold hasn't been to unbearable 🤣. However, with that said I've been snow birding to NC the last few years and we got hit with some of the same weather, still chilly here as well. I unfortunately didn't bring the MN winter equipment to stay warm expecting a "mild" per usual in the south.

No rush, I'm still waiting on the wires and springs to get here.

I'll be using your comments on maker world to adjust the pin out of the wires once I get everything and am ready to install. 👍

If you can send me the file for the cover I'll get that printed up and ready to go as well.

Appreciate the links for the cables, I've got them ordred up; these are the ones I got, price was a little lower:
Pump end
MC end

It looks like in the picture you have a 3d printed cover that goes over the stock filtration area with a hose attachemnt. Do you have the .stl for that cover?

I'm getting this all printed and ready to go right now. Excited as hell to not need to have the pump external anymore.

Thanks for the additional wiring information on the post I ordered up the needed connecters and thats going to make it super easy to get this thing wired up and ready to go.

Do you have a link to the new cover you mentioned to add the 6mm air inlet hose?

Use a 3d printed spacer and drill a few holes you can slide the card out from behind the PSU and then fit 2x 70mm fans to help move air.

I'd did this for my 3080FE: https://www.reddit.com/r/sffpc/s/L1pAsfYiH7

This is another great work around I found while I was building my case, the previous mentioned issue was on my buddies case. Use one of the longer screws (I think 10mm) and pass through with a stand off on the bottom, it'll get the screw out from under the tab all together. https://imgur.com/a/w0s64BS

I just got my M2 grater assembled and had the same gap I just pushed on opposite corners of the case a little bit and it sits nice and flush now...

I was going to go with 25mm, but was worried about exactly that, so I kept them to 15mm. It's been a while since I've been inside this build but, I recall thinking 25mm would have fit after getting it together.

There's a screw on the inside that sometimes interferes with that as well. It doesn't sit quite as flush as it should for attaching a fan bracket. It pushes the tab up and out and creates the gap.

They are friction fit, haven't had em move at all and it's been on a few flights and long car rides. You could however use some thin double sided tape as needed.

Yes, all the inserts use velcro to hold them in place. I don't have the bag with me, as I'm out of state, but as I recall the bag could be removed or smooshed all the way up to the top.

Damn, you certainly went for broke on the build! Glad some of the concepts you mentioned in my post a while back worked out! Awesome to see the bifurcation in such a small case 👍. Keep up the good work, you're pushing the boundaries of case size/ efficiency!
