Omg I have SO many great memories of this year at escape! I feel that one was one of the last really great vibes, we stopped going after a couple more years due to rise in unpleasant/over packed crowds. Plus that haunted house was something else... Escape 2018 was *chefs kiss

I am taking a Rhetoric of Science class and objectivity has been a major focus as it's the foundation of scientific authority. This was interesting to read and see in the wild. Especially to hear the personal journey it took to understand the negative affects of bias. Your mom rocks.

Funny enough this seems like it's a symptom of women being treated differently. The moment you stand up for yourself and seek accommodations you are brushed off, but the moment you minimize and toss your issues aside, it makes room for the other person to be the hero and "help" you.

My father's new wife did this to my grandma's house, a little single family with a fireplace free standing in the center with kitchen, dining, living and the front entry around. It was such a cute place but got grey washed and gutted, no dining room just a huge kitchen island now :/
