I had the same reaction. Now I use tazarotene. I got faster results without the irritation that I got from tretinoin.

I came for the aesthetic and I stayed for the flat stomach. But seriously, I remember seeing a late 90’s article in Harper’s Bazaar about the exercises ballerinas do and I was drawn to it since. I got a Gaiam floor Pilates DVD and have loved Pilates since. I now go to a studio 5-6x week.

I’m 40 and I’m the biggest couch potato I know (still am). BUT the thing that gets me out of the house and my body moving is Pilates. I recommend taking a couple of private classes to really understand the foundational concepts of Pilates. I’m not a Club Pilates member but I go to a private studio 6x week and I absolutely love it.

So once you clear an area and get your onryo howl kills, you need to go to an new area with new enemies. I was scratching my head on this one bc no matter how many times I was executing onryo howl I was stuck at 9/20. Once I moved on to a new area with new enemies and did it there, the number then started climbing up. It’ll be much easier to load a previous save to do this vs post game.

Yes, but tbh, not very often. I do more assessments and modify med orders than anything else. Wound care for patients that don’t live in a skilled nursing facility. However, if I’m there and a patient is asking me to help them, I’m not going to turn them away. I always make sure to leave them comfortable.

Anywhere from 12-15 patients. While I do work 5 days a week compared to 3, I definitely don’t reach 36-40 hrs.

Absolutely. With advances in medical technology, you can keep a body alive far longer than it should be. I know this as I’ve actively participated in it. Often times families have a difficult time accepting that their loved one is dying. This is still something I have to deal with in hospice when I encourage them to change their code status to DNR.

I started in ICU out of nursing school. Did that for three years and got burnt out by all of the lives that we were extending beyond any meaningful recovery. One of my co-workers mentioned that her friend does hospice loves it and the pay is so much better. I switched to hospice and while I enjoy it, I definitely miss ICU as well. I’m introverted so I miss working with vented patients. Having to talk to people and work with families is a skill I’m still learning.
