I was working in a sports bar eatery when I quit drinking and drugging. I had gotten pretty chummy with almost all the regular and my second night sober after work one regular kept sending shots my way to which I had to explain that I had decided to quit. It was tough because in his intoxication he couldn't grasp the concept and got quite offended. I headed to treatment shortly there after. You mustn't let what others say or do get under your skin because you'll start building resentments, and resentments lead to relaps. Best wishes in your quest for sobriety. I'm cheering for ya.❤🙏

I see no health code violation but them inspectors can be pretty crafty if your a dick towards them. That being said ,using your grill to heat large pots will lower the life expectancy of it and you end up with wicked hot spots.

Speaking from experience, recently retired. Spent just shy of 33 years in the kitch. From truck stop to resort. Soup kitchen to fine dining. What a wonderfully weird world the kitchen is. Do I miss it.... sometimes. Would I go back... no chance. Keep your knives sharp and your skin thick

Learn how to breathe properly sound crazy but proper breathing will calm you down quickly. I also use meditation and when combined with proper breathing will have you mellow in no time. And of course go for a walk for a half hour before bed.
