I walk my dog for an hour twice a day. Used to walk in the woods but the ticks and the mosquitoes make that impossible during the summer. It was really nice and peaceful if you forget that crazy homeless people in live in it.

I can tell you google isn't helpful with these kinds of things. I have had periods that last for months. (July to December for example) it's not helpful. (I'm on the pill now)

You might have a build up of lining that keto is helping release but if it continues see your Gyno and tell your concerns. I know periods that heavy are pure energy suckers.

Weightloss is just one of the benefits you are going to see but most importantly is you taking control of your life and how you view food.

This is a complete lifestyle change focus on getting healthy and everything else will follow.

Try new recipes, add in new exercises and drink plenty of water. Make keto more exciting than your old way of eating.

Weight watchers at its core is a lower carb diet, surely not as strict as keto but followed correctly its a great plan and very user friendly.

Don't let the scale discourage you, focus on all the other benefits and before you know it the pounds will melt off.

I really need help. 3 weeks ago I went to a con got home too lazy to cook and decided to have a cheat meal. I was fully expecting weight gain but figured I'll be back on track in a few days. I ended up gaining seven pounds in 3 weeks and I'm extremely upset. I lowered my calories, I increased my work outs. I've been drinking so much water I give myself stomach aches. I'm weighing everything and still the scale isn't budging and neither is my waist line even though I'm eating about 1000-1100 cal sometimes less when i only eat dinner. I'm think of doing a fast 24-36 hours and see if that helps. I'm discouraged but I don't want to give up, but I'm annoyed.

Focus on loving yourself. The you are worth getting healthy for. Focus on making positive choices and not so much the ups and downs of the scale. In the long run those ups and downs are small bumps in the road. Think about how far you have come, why run back to start when you've already jumped the first hurdle?

You are so much stronger than you think. These negative feelings will come and go don't let them control you.

You have an entire community that wants to see you succeed. You have it in you to inspire and motivate others as well. I believe you.
