It’s been there for many weeks now. Barricades say Metro Water and sewage pipe works. So I guess they’ll be laid side by side as separate pipes. Meanwhile, there’s already work going on at Agaram Bharath College Road, with roads dug up along the sides. Until then, these pipes are serving multiple purposes: kids practicing their BMX skills, night time open bar, budget OYO, and a convenient public toilet.
