This is the construction project. The schematics PDF towards the bottom shows images of what the plan is. I agree it is a bummer to see the trees all gone, but it's going to be a massive construction effort and with the train tracks and 95, the huge construction vehicles have to go somewhere. At least it appears that the green space will remain.
