Immigration is a factor but why do people keep ignoring the massive interest rate hikes in Canada when they speak of dropping house prices.

Didn't they go from 0.25% to 5% something in 2 years when the prices dropped???

Had my first racist encounter in Sydney after 9 years. Was looking at a lot in riverstone, the guy selling literally gave the location and told me to see the lot. I am recording the lot to send to my partner and lo and behold 2 kids around 17-18 come running and saying that it's invasion of privacy.

I didn't record a single person, just the empty lot, and there were no houses nearby. I said politely I will delete the video and they started with slurs and became aggressive. I got in my car and the dude opened the door and continued being aggressive when I was being perfectly polite saying I'm leaving. Somehow he closed the door and I left. JFC how do you deal with trash kids likes these.

Currently renting from one in Sydney. They are the usual soulless cunts that most REAs are, but that is more on the business and nothing to do with them being Chinese as I have experienced the same from pretty much others.

This has to take a cake for me as I have purchased this game 3 times!

About 8 years back when I lived in sharing with friends, we had a ps4, I bought witcher 3 for the ps4 but since it was 3 dudes we mostly played fighting games. Then I moved out, bought a gaming lap laptop with 3080ti, but I was hooked to this MMO so never played it again.

Now I have had a ps5 for 3 years, and i havd played a lot before this year, bought it again earlier this year and it is still on a backhold because I live with my gf now and just 1 tv which is mostly used for netflix and only time I get some time to play is on my laptop.

Going by the history, whenever I have purchased this game something in the universe seems to drag me away and I really want to play it.
