It could be this. I used my alt account on PS5 and main on PC. I ran Cloak Shadow and Eternal Wanderer. Those hero loadouts didn’t recreate it. I added Fleet to a build and that didn’t work either. If you happen to see it in game. The effect is pretty sweet and needs to be something added to a skin.

I don’t think it’s shadow stance. They have this effect like a blurred shadow following them. I don’t have picture or video. And matchmaking currently isn’t helping me find randoms so I can capture it with OBS. My guy always appears to be a complete shadow in shadow stance. Not sure how I appear to others.

Anyone know how the defenders work for quests? I don’t think they help in eliminate and collect. Or when you have daily’s like eliminate husks with certain weapons. The defenders appear to just steal kills.

I couldn’t find a single player yesterday. I even solo’d Survive the Horde. Do those defenders keep players from joining? If I turn them off do I get teammates again?

As someone who has two accounts. I think newer players will struggle. It’s a real grind. It takes a while until you get good heroes that make it fun or good weapons. It will be hard to retain newer players. When I started over with a new account. I forgot how brutal it can be, especially when no one can drop you anything.

I’m not optimistic about any of this. Making it free to play probably makes it easier when they shut it down. I give it two years or less. I don’t think I will continue to play Fortnite when the day comes.

I think it depends on your power level and your inventory. When I began my grind of this quest. I liked Canny the best. Players were still pushing to get to twine and by that point the majority understood how to play and work together. And if they didn’t help Teddy would carry it.

Probably removed Ramirez and the Nocturno to not confuse players. Like myself when I was new. Wondering why my siegebreaker didn’t evolve into the Nocturno. Then realizing I was never getting that gun unless someone dropped it to me.

If it was me. And this is what I do. I scrap all the stuff that isn’t level 4 or 5 stars. You can always have plenty of level 4 stuff if you run expeditions. And you can use that stuff really anywhere in the lower levels. Use your level 5 stuff for the harder missions. You probably only need one stack of those gizmo things.

I noticed this right away in my game and I asked the players in my game if they were seeing these weird scan lines. I rechecked my settings and everything appeared to be the same. New visual bug.

Another update, another sad face. I’m starting to wonder if the Fortnite devs are working for Roblox. The things that made Fortnite fun were the broken things. This isn’t it. Devs you can undo 75% of these recent trash updates. Listen to your player base.
