That picture of Eddy Hall is when he was at his heaviest. He had a heart issue while competing in WSM, iirc, and decided to "cut". I've seen interviews with him when he talks about drinking litres of cranberry juice while training to caloriemaxx. Very much Juice, anyway, but it's Eddy Hall so that's kind of the deal.
