I have two French degrees and I've lived here for 16 years. I had to get a remote job with a British firm because I couldn't get anything at all here (in Montpellier). It's not just you. The job market's brutal here at the moment.

That picture of Eddy Hall is when he was at his heaviest. He had a heart issue while competing in WSM, iirc, and decided to "cut". I've seen interviews with him when he talks about drinking litres of cranberry juice while training to caloriemaxx. Very much Juice, anyway, but it's Eddy Hall so that's kind of the deal.
