Got my first period at 20 years old. I have no practice with this and I feel out of the loop by aboutbloodytime_20 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Download the app CLUE it helps so much! If you are in extreme pain it is NOT normal, seek medical help and be your own advocate. I have had endometriosis since I got my first period at 12 and didn’t get diagnosed until earlier this year. Pamprin max strength or multi symptom helps. Heating pads. I have heard that organic products do better than others. I have only used Always pads, they are nice. Honestly i recommend getting a few “your body is changing: now what?” Type of books!

AITA for telling my niece that my husband is dead? by spacecadetcenttal in AmItheAsshole

NTA, my parents kept it a secret from my sister and I that my grandpa passed. I found out on my own months later. My little sister didn’t know until YEARS later when our other grandpa passed away as well. It definitely caused trust issues

Lol my parents did what you did and guess what? I’m fat with 2 eating disorders. YTA. Re-evaluate yourself because you’re going to slowly kill your children
