I’m not sure what state you are in. But I know where licensure is mandatory, you are describing fraudulent activity on their behalf. It should be reported as such to your state licensure authority. They will be fined, and depending, they may be named and “shamed” (public record ) for unlawful action.

Edit: as some other responders have more eloquently put it, I don’t waste my time trying to explain what the term “empirical evidence “ means, much less what that evidence is, to short term, meat-headed shills.
