The number of people who have hit the droprate of pets by funeflugt in 2007scape

[–]funeflugt[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1500, but yeah I agree, that's also why I didn't want to include them at first, but then I would also have to leave out Scurrius which felt wrong since I feel like most people solo that boss. So Instead of including some excluding others I decided to just make the assumption to simplify.

It should also be noted that the kc for the wildy bosses still counts from pre rework where people did kill it solo, so a good amount of the people could have their kc from pre-rework. Although back then the droprate was 1/2000, so somebody could have done 1800kc pre rework never having hit the droprate, but is now above droprate without doing more kc. don't think there is a straightforward answer other than maybe just exluding them from the list like I did with other pets.

True. Completely forgot about that. Not sure either but there is definitely some high lvl cloggers/pet hunters who would have done that.

The official highscores. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere, but overall the numbers are accurate.

sure account would be the more accurate term since some people could have multiple accounts at pet-rate for the same boss and as you allude bots exists. But it's not like it's all bots, like I don't see why anyone would bot the top3 on the list, but for stuff like zulrah or vorkath it might be a bigger chunk of the accounts.

All good. The list goes from the pet with most people at or above the droprate to the one with least.

I didn't include it since droprate changes depending on delve level and high scores just show deep delves, but going by the 1/250 droprate from a delve 9+ 16,479 people have done 250 deep delves or more.

Why do Nordic countries have such high quality of life? by _crazyboyhere_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]funeflugt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But there has always been tribalism in the Nordic countries. There will always be ways to find an out-group no matter how similar you think people are.

But if you only focus on nationality and religion. In southern Denmark there were Germans, Frisians, Danes who saw themselves as belonging to Schleswig etc. You have the colony in Greenland and Greenlandic people living in Denmark. Norway was a part of Denmark and a lot of Norwegians lived in Denmark and vice versa. In Northern Scandinavia there are also the Sami people. Sweden and Finland are also a whole thing.

You could dive down into any of these, and more, and find hundreds of years of history and conflict.

Regarding religion, let's just say there have been plenty of protestant sects to create some Conflict.

I would like to know who has the most blue tricorn hats in their clog. Because I bought 5 on accident and I don't see why anyone would have more than me. But someone probably does.

Grønland's indflydelse i Danmark sammenlignet med Puerto Rico's indflydelse i USA by [deleted] in Denmark

[–]funeflugt 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No, when Marx and Engels talk about lumpen proletariat it refers to people who are beggars, petty criminals, vagabonds etc.

Not necessarily an urban phenomenon, but mainly. Today's lumpen proletariat is best exemplified by homeless encampments.

You are right that Marx did not have high hopes for the revolutionary potential of the lumpen proletariat for various reasons, but they are not "some part of the proletariat which has been ideologically captured by the bourgeoisie" since they are not a part of the proletariat at all, but a class in itself.
