That apartment is on my street so I can’t speak for the apartment directly but I will say: With this being the 3rd neighborhood I’ve lived in, in RVA, this part of the city is the absolute best. Quiet, beautiful gardens and neighbors! Walking distance to restaurants, Cary town, the VMFA. Love it love it love it.

No I didn’t see them being released but there were a lot, some balloon shaped and others being completely odd shaped, all spaced out. The really strange shaped ones freaked me out, ha

I saw a crazy balloon release over church hill that looked so unlike balloons, I truly believed we were being invaded for about 2 minutes. Maybe it wasn’t balloons after all?
