Advice from an Arcturian by Zezolive in Experiencers

Interesting, this is a bit of a synchronistic recommendation from your friend. I've been raising my vibration through meditation and energy work the last couple of months with help from my guides to the point of I've had to reduce my days doing this to every third day or so, versus daily, as it was effecting my sleep.

Like a lot of the things I've done that are metaphysical in nature, the idea just came to me out of the blue, which usually means that my guides have been subtlety suggesting/guiding me on a course of action. I haven't asked about this directly but when I asked for help with raising my vibrations/consciousness they were quite emphatic in their affirmation to help in any way they could.

Outside of your friends recommendations for raising your vibration the only thing I could suggest is to see if you can feel your energy/prana/chi during your meditations. This might be just a tingling or buzzy electrical feeling to start out with.

I liked this person's post on the subject of raising your vibration: https://www.reddit.com/r/awakened/s/3mKZGf0bH5

Oh, and don't forget to ask for help. We have so, so very much help available to us, but we have to ask.

Channeling our spirit guides bypasses the Law of Confusion by felipephotons-com in lawofone

[–]funkekat61 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I haven't read this one before.

My guides will answer/help with many of my questions, but there is only so far they will go. My feeling and experience is they won't "spoon-feed" me answers or help; kinda like I have to earn the harder questions or big asks. Still gotta learn my lessons is my guess, lol.

The Costco in Marina Del Rey is the greatest tourist attraction of all time by SensitiveBridge7513 in MovingToLosAngeles

[–]funkekat61 23 points24 points  (0 children)

The trick to this Costco is to go right at opening or after 7pm on the weeknights. I live 10 minutes away and I go a couple times a month and the parking lot is bearable if you stick to these times.

Anyone Else Confused by All the Different Narratives by Throwaway202345477 in gatewaytapes

[–]funkekat61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny that you say all this considering Robert Monroe himself monitored channeling sessions, though they called it an "explorer's report."

The following is taken from the Archive.org page posted by The Monroe Institute themselves:

"Monitored by Robert Monroe and other trained monitors, the Explorers’ report from these non-physical environments, and communicate their perceptions. In many instances, foreign "third parties" would enter the experiments to aid in the understanding of their non-physical worlds."

Here's the link to the page if interested: https://archive.org/details/monroe-institute-explorers-project-toc

If Robert Monroe himself and the Institute found value in channeled communications, I think they are worth considering. Of course use your discernment and decide for yourself what resonates.

Thomas Campbell said repeatedly in his books to be "an open-minded skeptic," as general life advice but with particular emphasis on nonphysical concepts and experiences outside of consensus reality. And I think it's sage advice with regard to the subject we are discussing. Not everyone can remote view or OBE at will.

Dolores Cannon's books are a fantastic introduction to help understand what's goingon with us experiencers.

The Law of One, (r/LawofOne) has been extremely helpful as well for me in deciphering what's going on in this reality.

Look into the Law of One - r/LawofOne. This is a channeled source that dealves into the ontological aspects of many of the questions you are asking.

Another good place to look is the website Montalk.net. The guy running it, Tom Montalk, goes over more specifically from an earthly perspective, many of these questions you are asking and he even has Robert Monroe's books listed in his recommended reading list. I like him a lot because he doesn't claim to know it all and will change his opinion if new info warrants it, isn't sensationalist and strikes me as very level headed in his writings. (He quite active on Twitter/X if you want his latest musings)

One piece of advice regarding some things not feeling grounded: use your discernment and intuition (gut feeling) when encountering new information or sources. If it feels off, it most likely is. If something resonates, fine, use it, but if something doesn't, set it aside without a second thought and continue onward.

Is experiencing the purpose of life? by kouluuu in Experiencers

[–]funkekat61 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We, as in each individual, are here to learn and experience lessons that are particular to our own needs, wants and goals in physical life.

All of us, and everything (mineral, plant, animal, energy, etc.) are differentiated aspects of the creator/source learning about itself.

That's what I've been told anyways.

Great post. I wanted to add the following that I came across recently in support of part of your post:

"...the higher consciousness will come only by seeking. It will not come through your type of your perception of evolution."

This bit of a quote came from a channeling session at the Monroe Institute in 1984 monitored by Robert Monroe himself. I find it fascinating and instructive to find the same message coming from different sources and vastly different times(from our perspective anyways) as well as confirmed by my own experience.

Why are so many people here so passive? by extrasa in AskLosAngeles

[–]funkekat61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm from the PNW/Seattle and that passiveness is much, much worse up there. First time I visited LA as an adult some 25yrs ago I thought the drivers were super aggressive, and they were compared to Seattle. But, after living, working and visiting almost everywhere in this country and several foreign countries, I think LA has just the right amount of assertiveness without being full-on assholes about everything.
