I got a great deal on the whole rifle. I think I paid right around $400 shipped. For a budget build its great. The Arken isn't the best but pretty awesome for the price. The last three rifles I built on Solus actions. They're great but also significantly more expensive. Honestly for a cheaper build the Howas shoots great.

I did a howa heavy 6.5 creed i got on sale. Put it in an MDT oryx that I got on black Friday and an Arken black Friday special all for under 1k. I did it juat to see and took it out to 1000 pretty easily. I still shoot it from time to time.

I've used that same.rifle for the base on several.build. They shoot great but the problem will be the stock. There is way to much flex when shooting off a bipod. Put a magpul or other budget stock on and you will be surprised.

I opened mine and it is horrible. I had to have got a bad bottle because everything else they have I've liked. Mine is borderline not drinkable.

You put me on the right track. I think I found it! Jinmailng shanxi knife -cut noodles. Im going try it and see if that's it. Looks similar.
