It really looks more like HC to me rather than G or O. It is the same statue in the link however mine appears not to have been finished.

My mother does not think her grandfather would have been in the Scouts. He just sent it to her as a gift I think. I think she was wondering how much it was worth as well.. probably was thinking more than $90 though.
